Overall the price of the food is reasonable. It cost about RM20-50 per meal.


1️⃣ Landed in Istanbul and fly to Izmir via Pegasus Airlines
– bus from Izmir airport to hotel – 15km (RM7)

2️⃣ Izmir

– Depart to Selçuk by train – 1.5 hour (RM20 for two ways)
Note: You can also travel by bus (every hour)
– Temple of Artemis 🏛 (7 wonders of the ancient world)
– Basilica of Saint John
– The Great Theatre of Ephesus
– Ancient Ephesus Tour

3️⃣ Izmir to Pamukkale

– Kemeralti Market (15 min walking distance from hotel)
– Izmir Clock Tower
– Depart to Denizli by train —> Denizli to Pamukkale by minibus (the bus stops in front of hotel)

4️⃣ Pamukkale

– Cotton Castle (walking distance)
– Mins of City of Hierapolis
– Amphitheater
– Depart to Cappadocia by overnight bus at 8pm

5️⃣ Cappadocia (Goreme)

– We decided to go free and easy around Cappadocia by our own
Note: You may go for red line (Devrent Valley) or green line tour (underground city) if you want to. Approximately RM100 per tour. The one-day tour can be made directly at the hotel.
– Turkish bath (traditional steam bath in public where you get cleaned like a queen 😂) costs Euro 25

6️⃣ Cappadocia (Goreme)

– We decided to go for Butterfly Balloon as it is more premium (lesser passengers in the basket) compared to other companies which carries up to 20 pax. After all, who doesn’t want a good shot of the balloons? 😂 And yes, Butterfly Balloon is slightly more expensive than the rest. It includes
—> HAB shuttle van picks up at 5.40am
—> 1 hour flight
—> Certificate and champagne celebration after the flight

– Camel ride at Goreme open museum (RM20+RM15 for photos 🙄)

– Sunset point on the hill (ask for direction)

7️⃣ Cappadocia to Istanbul by plane

– MRT from airport to Sultan Ahmet (RM5) and walk 10 minutes to hotel
– Blue Mosque
– Grand Bazaar
– Hagia Sophia

8️⃣ Istanbul

– Free and easy whole day
– Depart to airport by shuttle van at 8pm (RM40)

The people here are extremely friendly and helpful too! They always offer a helping hand whenever we needed one.
